SUMMER HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
The club schedule for the period Monday 21 July to Sunday 10 August is attached in Word format. The schedule can also be viewed on the club website (www.crickhowelltennis.co.uk) under the 'Summer Schedule' tab.
VISITOR AND GUEST FEES
A reminder that court fees for non-members are £5.00 per court per hour and that fees for guests (i.e. guests playing with a club member) are £2.00 per guest.
These fees can be passed on to a committee member or handed to Chris Millard at the Gallery on the Usk shop in the high street (n° 23), next door to Grenfell's. If the shop is closed, please place fees in an envelope addressed to Crickhowell Tennis Club and post through the letterbox.
SUMMER MINI & JUNIOR COACHING COURSES
Places are still available on most courses over the next 3 weeks. The first course starts tomorrow (Monday 21 July). Information and a booking form can be downloaded from the club's website under the 'Coaching' tab.
COURT BOOKING FACILITY
This facility will be up and running by the end of the week and will run for a 2-week trial period until the courts are closed for resurfacing on Monday 11 August. This facility will be available for both courts.
Booking rules as follows:
- Courts may be booked by members (minis/juniors/adults) for a maximum of 2 one-hour slots per week per member initially. This will be reviewed after the trial period. Members can use the courts at other times if the courts have not been pre-booked.
- Bookings can only be made on the court booking form on the noticeboard on the access gate to the courts. The club committee will look into the possibility of online bookings at its next committee meeting in early August.
- Bookings should be made in pen only and members should enter their name (one member name only is required) in the appropriate time slot box. Guest fees should be paid any non-member playing with a member.
- Members must wear or carry with them their membership shoe tag to confirm club membership.
- The booking facility is not available for non-members of the club.
COURT RESURFACING
A reminder that the courts will be closed for resurfacing from Monday 11 August for a period of approximately four weeks.
